Hampton Rotary - A Message from the Club President

Chartered in 1969, we meet each Tuesday morning at 7:30 am at the Ashworth Hotel, located at Hampton Beach. We are a diverse group of business men & women, numbering 67 members, who have been giving of ourselves through our time and our resources for the better-ment of the local community for the past 40 years . . .

Rotary's motto is "Service Above Self". . . and our members live it . . . by being very, very active and making a difference in the Hampton, North Hampton, Hampton Falls and Seabrook communities. It is through this humanitarian effort of our members that we achieve our mission and our goal of promoting peace and understanding throughout the world.

Last year our club awarded over $45,000 in donations to many local charities. We have many Joan Correll

service community events where we offer our labor assistance throughout the year. Some

of our major fundraisers include our annual Online Auction; our annual Pizza Bowl event, our annual 5k Road Race, and our involvement with The Hampton Beach Seafood Festival, to name a few.

This year's theme is THE FUTURE OF ROTARY IS IN YOUR HANDS. Can the future of Rotary be in YOUR hands as well?

These are the hands of Community Service. Although there are 2.4 million "hands" in Rotary, it's still not enough to accomplish all that we want to do. Can you lend a hand? Can YOU lend THE ROTARY CLUB OF HAMPTON a hand? Help us brighten our community.
